Everyone wants to be healthy, teen and ever youth all the time. Its true that we cannot be in youth and teen age all the time, but, One can be a healthy person all the life time if these simple are followed.
Drink More Water
Right the time you wake up early in the morning, have a lot of water. In china, people starts there day with drinking water, that's the reason, most of the china people are fast in doing work, they do not have belly. So, right from next day, start having a lot of water.
Go bed Early, Wake up Early
Maintain a regular sleep. The person having good sleep will have a great health because his brain works at night on the things he remember and keep the things on for him next day. So, person who does not have a good sleep will not have a good memory power. Good sleep gives relax to the total body and helps the person in being active next day.
Have a break fast every day without miss.
Breakfast increases the energy levels, and reduces the choice of belly forming. It helps to fight against the acidity.
Breakfast is the first fuel of the body.
Avoid Junk food.
Replace Junk food with fruits, fresh vegetables.
Have exercise daily for atleast 30 mins, Walking or jogging in the morning matters alot.
Finally believe in yourself.
